What is Bihar TRE-4?
TRE stands for Teacher Recruitment Examination, and this is the 4th phase of recruitment. Under this notification, the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) will conduct the Teacher Recruitment Exam TRE-4 to fill 1.2 lakh vacant teacher posts in primary, secondary, and higher secondary schools.

Posts and Subject-wise Vacancies
The recruitment will include vacancies for:
- Primary Teachers (Class 1 to 5)
- Middle School Teachers (Class 6 to 8)
- Secondary Teachers (Class 9 and 10)
- Higher Secondary Teachers (Class 11 and 12)

- For Primary Teachers:
- Passed 12th + D.El.Ed or B.Ed with CTET/Bihar TET

- Graduation + B.Ed + TET qualified
- Graduation + B.Ed + TET qualified

2. Age Limit
- Minimum age: 18 years (for Primary)
